Whenever, at your request, it is necessary to initiate a financing process in which Fama Transportes acts as a credit intermediary, your personal data, and any other data required for such process, will be processed with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

• To tax, customs, or other authorities regarding procedures related to tax benefits, vehicle destruction, or similar matters.
Your personal data may also be processed by subcontracted companies, namely for web hosting, e-mail, handling user queries regarding services, or for sending information about new services, products, or special offers. Only the necessary personal data required for the performance of such services is provided to these companies.
Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data for a period of 10 years, deemed necessary and appropriate for the purposes for which it was collected and corresponding to the legal retention period of accounting documents. We maintain appropriate technical means to ensure the security of your personal data.
Data Controller
Fama Transportes is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data, whether by automated means or not, from its collection, organization, and storage to its deletion. Fama Transportes acknowledges and complies with the rules for the processing of personal data, as provided in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016.

Marketing
Fama Transportes may process your data for marketing purposes, i.e., sending you information about its products and services.
This processing will only take place with your express consent, provided when subscribing or completing Fama Transportes forms. If consent is granted, you may receive marketing communications via e-mail, SMS, MMS, postal mail, telephone calls, and other communication methods.
Fama Transportes may also share your data with third-party social network operators (e.g., Facebook) for the purpose of running marketing campaigns.
Given the brand concessions held by Fama Transportes, your data may be shared with such brands, which in turn remain subject to the same obligations under data protection law.
Consent for the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes may be withdrawn at any time. Data will be retained for this purpose for 10 years of inactivity.
Profiling
Fama Transportes performs profiling based on information relating to your acquisitions or inquiries. Each time you use Fama Transportes, we may register the products purchased, amounts paid, date and time, as well as the place of purchase.
This information is analyzed to identify your consumption profile. Such analysis allows Fama Transportes to send you personalized information suited to your profile. Statistical data on "Fama Transportes" loyalty card members may also be used to improve services, plan communication, and manage the loyalty program.

Video Surveillance
The premises of Fama Transportes are equipped with a duly signposted video surveillance system, in compliance with Law no. 34/2013 of 16 May (Private Security Law, Article 8, no. 2). Recordings are retained in encrypted format for 30 days from the date of capture, after which they are destroyed, unless a longer retention is required for judicial proceedings.
Event and Campaign Management
Fama Transportes organizes events and other campaigns. The processing of personal data in this context is carried out to manage client participation, i.e., the execution of the contract entered into between you and Fama Transportes, in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulations. Data is retained only for the period necessary to manage such participation.
Recruitment
Data provided to Fama Transportes within the scope of recruitment is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.
